Hair Cut

Tavin's hair was looking a little on the raggedy side so we took him to get a hair cut today. With the help of a strawberry lolly pop and a HiC sippy drink we made it to the very end before he started to get cranky. He wouldn't let the girl put a hair cutting smock on him-he didn't like that his hands were confined-so there was hair every where! This picture was him after a bath-eating a hot dog and looking very handsome!

Easter Outfit from Grandma Bauman

We spent Easter day with Daniel's family celebrating the blessing of Tavin's two new twin cousins-Kaylee and Trent. He looked so cute in his new outfit! The blonde boy with Tavin is his cousin Chett-the new big brother. Daniel took Tavin out for his first ever easter egg hunt. It was a success for the most part-other than we caught Tavin trying to eat the candy with the tinfoil still on it-that darn tin foil:)

Easter Egg Coloring

We had our very good friends over to color eggs. For the most part Tavin and Mckenna just watched while the eggs were colored, and then, they helped us eat some....mommy had a little more than a few....maybe like 4! I can't help it, my baby in my tummy LOVES eggs-scrambled, boiled, egg sandwiches-how do I get that goodness into my tummy:)Last pregnancy it was brownies, but now I don't like them-interesting huh!

Bubble Mania!

For Easter I got Tavin a bubble blowing gun and he LOVED IT! He and his friend Mckenna giggled and chased the bubbles for at least a half hour! Here's to another lesson on the joy the simple things of life can bring.

FINALLY! Daniel's Graduation

Daddy graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering yesterday- an event that was a long time in coming. We are so proud of him and all he has worked hard to accomplish! He will continue his full time job with BYU-Idaho and will pursue a masters after a couple months of rest:)
